Mixer for blue yeti

I'm not beyond getting a small mixing board as well, but I'm not exactly sure how that would work and I think it would actually eliminate the Blue Yeti completely as it is a USB only mic I think.Īny help or suggestions would be most appreciated. I'm sure someone in this forum has experienced exactly what I'm dealing with. I realize the Blue Yeti has a headphone jack on it to give zero-latency, however I don't see how that will assist when I ALSO need ot hear the music at the same time as my voice (not just my voice). I need to hear the music AND my voice in real time in my headphones. I'm thinking of getting a Blue Yeti USB microphone to use, but if it has the same latency/las issues then it's of no use either. It's just about 1/4 or 1/2 a second but it messes your head up and it's not acceptable. I have a cheap USB Microsoft LifeChat MX3 headset/mic unit and I find the latency is too much to properly listen to voiced intro of songs or any live talking for that matter. I'm running 4.9.5 and I'm wondering if any current user out there uses a USB michrophone with it, and if so if you get any latency/lag issues when using the Voice FX module.

Hello, I've ready through several dated threads on USB microphone latency issues however there does not seem to be anthing really recent and with several upgrades to SAM.
